As part of our ongoing commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Training Coordinator to join our team and support the effective delivery of training and competency systems across our operations.

About the Role

Reporting to the relevant site leadership team, the Training Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining effective training systems that ensure workforce competency, compliance and operational readiness.

This role plays a key part in coordinating training activities, maintaining training systems, supporting workplace trainers and assessors, and ensuring employees and contractors have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles safely and effectively.

The successful candidate will work closely with operational leaders, employees,



contractors and external training providers to deliver a structured training framework that supports business objectives and continuous improvement.

About You

You are a proactive and organised training professional with a passion for developing people and building workforce capability. You have solid attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a agile operational environment.

You will be committed to delivering high-quality training outcomes while supporting a strong safety and compliance culture.

Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum three years’ experience in a training coordination, learning and development, or similar role.
Demonstrated knowledge of training systems, competency management and adult learning principles.
