Rotating shift roster (Morning 6am-2pm/Afternoon 2pm-10pm and Night 10pm-6am) -24/hr x 5 days a week operation.

About the role The Trainee Production Supervisor role is a Full time position, based at Coopers Plains, QLD. Reporting to Manufacturing Manager, you'll be part of a team that is responsible for manufacturing high quality plaster products safely.

In this role, you will:
Be the main point of contact to ensure the automated plaster mill is running smoothly.
Be required to do tasks which include taking samples, testing products, monitoring HMI's, walk around (look, listed, feel), roll out World Class Manufacturing, and LEAN principals.




Foster a culture of continuous improvement through supporting our rollout of World Class Manufacturing, encouraging team input and feedback to optimise operational processes.
Collaborate with Managers and Production employees as well as other parts of the areas including Process improvement and Engineers.
Have excellent people management and problem-solving skills as technical support will be required.
Assist in the Supervision of the production team on a rotating shift roster (Morning 6am-2pm/Afternoon 2pm-10pm and Night 10pm-6am) -24/hr x 5 days a week operation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Recent Engineering graduate, ideally with at least 1 years' experience in manufacturing, engineering, or leadership roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust work ethic with proven problem-solving skill
