Responsibilities
Leading and mentoring your team to achieve their KPIs and personal goals
Using your commercial acumen to boost profitability across sales, our interior decorator program, NPS, engagement, ATV, and strike rates
Creating a positive, high-performance culture through regular feedback and coaching
Overseeing day‑to‑day operations, including rostering, financial performance, and onboarding current team members
Championing a safety‑first mindset culture, empowering your team to proactively identify and mitigate risks
