As the frontline of our business, you’ll be the friendly face at the trade counter, the helpful voice on the phone, and the skilled reply via email — ensuring customers get the right products on time and in full. Duties - Helping customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email - Preparing quotes and guiding customers to the right products (training provided) - Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers - Keeping the branch organised, stocked, and looking excellent - Pitching in across the team to keep things running smoothly Skills &
