About the Role

This is a pivotal role within the AMDC team, combining customer engagement, trade sales, quoting, order management and relationship building.

As the first point of contact for many customers, you will play an significant role in creating a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to add value and grow sales.

Working closely with builders, cabinet makers, joiners, renovators, retailers and trade customers, you'll provide product advice,



prepare quotations, process orders and ensure customers remain informed throughout the production and delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
Provide product recommendations and technical advice based on customer requirements

Liaise with production, warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth outcomes
