Role Description This full time remote role of Test Manager / Senior Test Automation Analyst at Region de gendarmerie PACA - Zone de Défense et de Sécurité Sud focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing testing activities for critical systems and applications. The role involves defining and maintaining test strategies, designing and reviewing test cases, and overseeing test execution to ensure software quality and reliability.

The Test

Manager / Senior Test Automation Analyst collaborates closely with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to align testing efforts with project requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities include managing test environments, monitoring test progress and results, identifying defects, and driving continuous improvement in testing practices and automation. The role also requires preparing clear test reports, providing risk assessments, and contributing to best practices and standards across the testing function.

Qualifications

Ability to perform hands-on Testing and Test Execution, including functional, regression, and integration tests.

Experience in Test Management, including planning, coordination,



and reporting of test activities across multiple projects.

Proficiency in defining and implementing Test Strategy to align testing scope, approach, and coverage with business and technical objectives.

Skill in designing, documenting, and maintaining Test Cases that are transparent, repeatable, and traceable to requirements.

Background in test automation tools and frameworks, with the ability to design and maintain automated test suites.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on defect prevention and quality improvement.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in remote, cross-functional teams and interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in secure or mission-critical environments is an advantage, along with familiarity with industry standards and best practices in software testing.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
