Leasing Consultant/Business Development Manager

This is a dynamic role focused on leasing and business development. You’ll manage the leasing process while growing the rent roll by securing new managements. For every new management you bring to the business, you’ll earn commission on top of your salary.

This full-time position (including Saturdays) will be based in our Mona Vale office and is a fantastic role for an individual seeking to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a leading agency on the Northern Beaches.

About the role:
Prospect and identify new management opportunities to grow our portfolio
Perform rental property appraisals and win new residential managements
Conduct open homes, prepare photos, signboards and advertisements for available rental properties
Manage leasing enquiries,



rental applications and tenant selection
Conduct in-going reports for new tenancies
Oversee the establishment of files for all recent management listings obtained

About You:
Proven experience (2+ years) within the real estate industry in the same or similar position
Solid network and understanding of the local market
High level organisation and time management skills, proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines with high attention to detail
Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and sales skills
Thrive in a team environment and collaborate to achieve team & business goals
Current Real Estate Licence
Current Driver’s License & and reliable vehicle
Self-motivated & driven
Strong knowledge of the relevant legislation
