The Role

The Village & Admissions Manager is responsible to manage all aspects of the retirement villages portfolio in accordance with the Retirements Villages Act 1999 (QLD) and other relevant legislative requirements, along with MiCare policies and procedures to ensure targets are met, and to assist in delivering high quality village services within the village operating budget constraints.





The role is responsible for tasks connected with the operations of retirement village units and apartments. These included, but are not limited to, re-sales of units and apartments, marketing, promotional and lifestyle programs for all our villages whilst adhering to budget requirement, ensuring grounds and buildings are maintained, development and implementation of MiCare's policies and procedures, management reporting and liaising with a wide stakeholder base such as residents, service providers, government and industry groups.

Support the management team in the assessment of future residents and clients for all MiCare services and assist prospective residents by providing information and advice regarding accessing residential, community or another appropriate services.
