About The Role

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will provide both strategic and operational People & Culture support with a robust focus on employee relations. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders while supporting workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compliance, and organisational change initiatives.

About You
HR Business Partner, P&C; Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience
Strong employee relations expertise and interest mandatory
Demonstrated experience in Fair Work legislation and SCHADS/Nurses award
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Solutions-focused and proactive approach
Ability to work in a quick pace agile workplace with full autonomy
