About the role

The roleis responsible forthe effective and efficientmanagement and operations of the day-to-dayTennisWorldbusinessof the site.This role will oversee the CustomerService,



Coaching and Programs team and ensure all aspects of operations are delivered in a friendly andeffective manner.

The Tennis World Manager role encompasses day to day oversight of customer service delivery, coaching delivery and enrolments, retail,merchandiseand cafefulfilment,membershipand programs administration,Tournamentsandoverall business performance and operations.

In this role you will:
Lead the day-to-day operations of one of Australia's premier tennis facilities,the NSW State Tennis Centre,overseeing customer service, coaching programs, memberships,cafe,retail,tournamentsand overall business performance.
Drive business growth through strategic planning,financial management, customer retention initiatives and the delivery of exceptional member and participant experiences.
