About the role

The role is responsible for the effective and productive management and operations of the day-to-day Tennis World business of the site. This role will oversee the Customer Service,



Coaching and Programs team and ensure all aspects of operations are delivered in a friendly and effective manner.

The Tennis World Manager role encompasses day to day oversight of customer service delivery, coaching delivery and enrolments, retail, merchandise and cafe fulfilment, membership and programs administration, Tournaments and overall business performance and operations.

In this role you will:
Lead the day-to-day operations of one of Australia's premier tennis facilities, the NSW State Tennis Centre, overseeing customer service, coaching programs, memberships, cafe, retail, tournaments and overall business performance.
Drive business growth through strategic planning, financial management, customer retention initiatives and the delivery of exceptional member and participant experiences.
Inspire and develop a diverse team across customer experience, coaching and operations, fostering
