The Role

You’ll be the friendly face behind the bar and on the floor, making sure every guest feels welcome and looked after. From pouring beers to assisting gaming customers, you’ll deliver the consistent, upbeat service Romano’s is known for.

Day-to-day, you’ll:
Serve drinks and engage with customers in a fun, qualified way
Support operations in the gaming room with a strong compliance focus
Handle cash, problem-solve on the fly, and keep service flowing smoothly
Maintain RSA and RCG standards at all times
Work as part of a team that backs each other in busy periods
Handle Accommodation check-in procedures

About You
Current NSW RSA & RCG certificates (essential)
At least 2 years’ experience in bar or gaming (preferred)
Confident, upbeat, and guest-focused
Quick on your feet with a robust work ethic
A true team player with a can-do attitude
