Position

Technical Product Manager – AI‑enabled product delivery across our road safety technology portfolio. This hands‑on role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, customers and AI‑enabled workflows. Using tools such as Atlas Cloud, Jira, Confluence, Claude Code, Microsoft 365, Power Automate and Chrome MCP, you will turn complex information into explicit requirements, delivery priorities and product decisions.

This is a permanent, full‑time hybrid role working from home and our head office in South Melbourne.





What you will do
Own product outcomes across one or more customer‑facing programs.
Translate customer, operational and technical needs into clear PRDs, Jira backlog items and decision records.
Use AI‑enabled workflows for requirements synthesis, document analysis, status reporting and specification development.
Work with engineering teams on architecture, integration, security, compliance and delivery decisions.
Maintain visibility across scope, risks, dependencies, quality and customer outcomes.
Prepare explicit executive, customer‑facing and technical documentation.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through better process design and AI‑enabled workflows.
