Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analystto support enterprise digital transformation, API, integration and cloud initiatives. The role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, architecture, engineering, operations and external vendors, translating business requirements into transparent technical requirements and supporting solutions through design, development, testing,



deployment and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have robust experience working across complex enterprise settings, with hands‑on understanding of APIs, integration platforms, microservices, cloud technologies and Agile delivery.

Engage with business, product and technology stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements and operational challenges.

Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to capture functional and non‑functional requirements. Translate business requirements into technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and solution requirements. Analyse existing business processes and systems and identify opportunities for simplification, automation and improvement.
