Assisting with personal care, including showering, dressing, and grooming.
Providing assistance with mobility and transfers where required.
Performing light household duties, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.

Building positive and respectful relationships with clients while maintaining their dignity and independence.
Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.

Essential Requirements
Experience in disability support, aged care, or community care (preferred).
Certificate III/ 1V in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent (preferred).
Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Current Working with Children Check (where applicable).
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
