Total IT Global is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer for Brisbane on a casual contractor basis. The role covers in office desktop support across multiple sites, handling calls, troubleshooting hardware/software, and documenting resolutions in our ticketing system.

You will support Windows platforms (Windows 7–11), deploys via SCCM/MDM, and work with AD, Office 365, Exchange, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy. Some travel within the city and after-hours support may be required.
