We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Skilled Labourer to join our remedial waterproofing team. You’ll be supporting a range of projects—from balcony and rooftop repairs to bathroom and facade remediation—working alongside experienced trades and learning valuable skills in the process.

What you’ll be doing
Assisting with site setup, preparation and clean-up
Operating power tools and demolition equipment (jackhammers, grinders, etc.)
Removing tiles, screed, render and coatings
Removing soil from Planter boxes
Preparing substrates and surfaces for waterproofing
Mixing and applying waterproofing products under supervision
Manual handling and material transport
Supporting qualified waterproofers and trades on-site

What we’re looking for:
Previous on-site labouring or construction experience
Confidence using hand and power tools
Robust work ethic,



punctuality, and attention to detail
Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
White Card (construction induction)
Driver’s licence and own transport

Bonus if you have:
Experience in remedial work, waterproofing, tiling, or concrete repair
Working at Heights or EWP ticket
