Our client is well known for building new homes, townhouse developments and multi-dwelling projects across NSW.

They are now looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team and oversee a recent development in the Southern Highlands.

The role:
Take ownership of the day-to-day supervision and delivery of a residential development
Plan and coordinate trades, labour and site activities to keep the project progressing to schedule
Manage both direct employees and subcontractors on site
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing transparent updates on project progress
Monitor site performance, quality and timelines, ensuring expectations are met throughout the build
Identify and resolve any issues that arise on site in a timely and practical manner

The requirements:
At least 3 years' experience in Supervisor role




A solid background within residential construction - good tenure is very important
Relevant trade qualifications (Cert III in Carpentry and Cert IV in Building and Construction highly regarded)
Previous experience managing multiple sites
Excellent communication and time management skills
Must have a valid driver's license
