We are working with two highly regarded Queensland body corporate management businesses seeking additional team members on the Gold Coast. Opportunities are available for Junior Strata Managers, Strata Managers and experienced Senior Strata Managers.

The Role

Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:
Managing a portfolio of body corporate schemes
Preparing agendas, minutes and meeting documentation
Attending and facilitating committee meetings and AGMs
Providing practical guidance on Queensland strata legislation
Preparing budgets and reviewing scheme financial information
Coordinating insurance, maintenance and compliance matters
Implementing committee and body corporate decisions
Building positive relationships with committees, owners and service providers
Supporting senior managers whil
