Australian Venue Co. seeks a versatile Tournant Head Chef to join our Central Queensland operations. You will move between venues across Rockhampton, Mackay, Bundaberg and Clermont, stepping in to lead kitchens and cover Head Chef leave.
You will train junior teams, implement systems and standards, manage food cost and labour, and bring structure and stability to busy kitchens while travelling between sites.
