Gladstone Surgery & Endoscopy is seeking a dedicated Nurse (EN or RN) to join our small, supportive surgical team. This role is ideal for someone who values patient‑centered care, enjoys working in a close-knit workplace, and takes pride in maintaining high clinical standards.
About the Role
Pre‑operative and post‑operative patient care
Assisting with minor surgical procedures
Wound care and Removal of Sutures
Monitoring patients and maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Infection control, sterilisation, and theatre preparation
Supporting doctors and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For
Current AHPRA registration
Robust clinical assessment skills
Excellent communication and a calm, reassuring manner
Ability to work autonomously in a small team
Experience in general practice, day surgery, or procedural nursing (preferred but not essential)
