Reports to: COO Team: Leading a small, growing sales function base + uncapped commission, real attainable OTE $180k+

Sydney Harbour Concours d'Elegance (SHCE) is Australia's premier luxury motoring event - and we're on a mission to become the Pebble Beach of the Southern Hemisphere. We're looking for someone to lead our sponsorship and partnerships function: someone who can walk into a room with a luxury brand's marketing director and walk out with a signed deal - and who wants to build a career doing it, not just carry a number.

This isn't a call-centre sales job. You'll be selling access to one of the most exclusive audiences in the country, to some of the most prestigious brands in the world, at an event growing quick and reliable about it.





What you'll actually be doing
Owning the sponsorship sales pipeline end to end: sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing partnerships with luxury and premium brands
Leading and mentoring a small sales team - setting targets, coaching deals, making sure the numbers get hit
Accelerating group ticket and hospitality sales alongside core sponsorship revenue
Building sponsorship proposals and presentations that don't read like every other deck a brand director has seen that week
Protecting margin: negotiating commercial terms that make sense for SHCE, not just terms that close
Being the face of SHCE to sponsors and partners from first pitch through delivery on event weekend
Working closely with our operations team to make sure what we sell, we deliver
