Key responsibilities
Inspect and identify pests on customer premises
Perform pest eradication and prevention activities
Maintain high levels of customer service
Provide sound advice to customers regarding in office pest issues
Utilise advanced technology for SMART pest control
Undertake both theory and practical training
Assist and work under the supervision of a licensed technician
Adhere to all WHS practices and policies




Demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and problem-solving abilities
Present professionally with exceptional customer service skills

Position requirements
Full Australian Driver’s Licence
Ability to travel and start immediately
Pest control licence preferred but not essential — training provided for the right candidate
Proficiency in mobile technology
Good physical fitness and health (capable of working in crawl spaces and roof spaces)
Demonstrates maturity, responsibility, and self-motivation to work independently when required
