Senior Project Manager An established developer-builder is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark $315M mixed-use development based in Castle Hill.

This is a brand-new opportunity to take ownership of a complex project comprising 350 apartments with ground-floor retail, delivering the project from early works through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end project delivery
Programme and construction management
Commercial and financial management
Client and stakeholder management
Design management
Procurement and subcontractor management
Leadership of project and site teams
Risk management
Safety, quality and programme delivery
Authority and consultant coordination

About You
10+ years' construction industry experience
Proven experience delivering residential, mixed-use or high-rise developments




Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
Experience delivering projects valued at $150M+
Tier 1, Tier 2 or developer-builder background
Robust commercial and contractual acumen
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams from commencement through to completion
