Talent Butler is partnering with a well-established commercial construction business seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their delivery team.

This is a key role responsible for managing complex construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

The successful candidate will have robust commercial construction experience across D&C; and ECI projects, with the ability to lead project teams, manage commercial outcomes and drive successful delivery across education, health and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects across D&C; and ECI environments
Lead project teams including Site Managers, Contract Administrators and subcontractors
Manage project performance including cost, program, quality and commercial outcomes
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders




Review design, procurement and construction strategies to improve project outcomes
Manage subcontractor performance, variations, procurement and commercial negotiations
Work closely with estimating and pre-construction teams during tender and ECI phases
Identify project risks and implement solutions to maintain delivery performance
Ensure compliance with WHS, quality and environmental requirements

About You

You will be an experienced construction qualified with a solid background delivering commercial building projects.

You will ideally have
Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager within commercial construction
Experience delivering D&C; and ECI projects across sectors such as education, health or government
Strong understanding of construction methodology, programming, procurement and co
