What We Are Looking For
Be well presented and well spoken
Possess robust leadership and management skills
Work independently will the ability to direct others
Have a current Victorian Driver's Licence
Be able to work within a team workplace
Previous Workshop Controller experience leading a team of up to 30 mechanics is essential
