Access Aged Care is inviting expressions of interest from General Practitioners to join our Current South Wales team. You will provide regular weekly rounds in one or more Residential Aged Care Homes, building lasting relationships with residents, families and care teams.
This role features weekday hours only, with no after-hours, weekends or on-call requirements. An Access Aged Care Nurse supports rounds, coordinating care plans and follow-up to keep sessions productive and focused on patient care.
