INCH Hairdressing is seeking an experienced and compassionate Hairdresser to join our growing team. This unique role combines premium hairdressing services with medical wig and hair topper consultations for clients experiencing hair loss due to medical conditions, chemotherapy, alopecia, thinning hair, and other hair loss concerns.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about transforming not only hair, but confidence and quality of life.

About the Role

You will provide
Cutting, colouring, styling, foiling and hair extension services Consultations for hair loss clients Fitting and customising medical wigs and hair toppers Cutting, blending and colouring human hair wigs and toppers Ongoing maintenance and aftercare appointments Exceptional client care and consultation skills Professional retail recommendations and home care advice

About You
Qualified Hairdresser (Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent)



Minimum 3 years salon experience preferred Experience with wigs, toppers or hair replacement systems highly regarded Robust consultation and communication skills Compassionate, patient and qualified manner Confident with colour correction and hair extensions Ability to work independently and as part of a team
