Launch is partnering with a leading Australian organisation to recruit an experienced Power Platform Team Lead to join their enterprise technology team.

Leading a team of developers, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing and supporting enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions while working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical guidance and deliver creative outcomes.

We're looking for someone who can lead from the front, mentor a team, influence technical direction, and confidently translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the Power Platform development team and provide technical direction
Design and deliver enterprise-grade Power Apps and Power Platform solutions
Act as the technical lead across application design, development, deployment and support
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture designs
Lead solution design workshops and technical discussions
Drive development standards, governance and best practices
Oversee integrations between Power Platform and enterprise systems
Mentor developers and support capability uplift across the team




Manage releases and deployment processes through Azure DevOps/GitHub

Key Requirements

Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring development teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to build credibility with business and technical stakeholders
Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and consulting skills
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
