Senior Change and Engagement Specialist – HRIS

Location: Dandenong, VIC, AU. This full time on site position offers excellent opportunities for growth opportunities.

Contract type: Full time, on site, partly remote capable. This position is assessed as partly remote capable and if this position is approved for flexible work arrangements Chisholm’s retains the right to recall to campus in the event of incidents and events that require on campus attendance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of adoption strategies that support consistent, confident and sustainable use of the HRIS system.
Designing and delivering the integrated people, communication, and capability components of the HRIS project and other Common Modernised System projects as required
Develop and implement a network wide change strategy, change plan and integrated adoption roadmap aligned with project scope, risks, and key milestones.




Lead the end to end change and engagement approach for the Chisholm pilot and the broader consortium partnership rollout.
Conduct detailed stakeholder change impact assessments and readiness analyses, translating insights into targeted actions.
Map, analyse and manage stakeholder groups across effected business areas.
Lead and facilitate engagement activities including workshops, briefings, co-design sessions and consultation forums.
Surface risks, misalignment and resistance early, ensuring they are addressed or escalated through agreed governance processes.
Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that is timely, transparent and tailored for diverse audiences across multiple TAFEs.
Coordinate messaging to ensure consistency, alignment, and shared understanding.
Model Chisholm’s values and foster team-oriented, cross-functional ways of working internally and across the network.
