The portfolio Business Development Management team supports Wealth practices grow and scale their businesses, keeping clients front of mind. We work closely with our Wealth ecosystem to deliver industry leading solutions, prioritising security, stability and efficiency.

What role will you play?

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will expand your existing responsibilities to lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Managers to drive recent business and generate growth within your state. Your expertise in client activities and product knowledge will be crucial in guiding your team to meet and exceed their objectives.

What You Offer
Proficient knowledge of the platforms, systems, policies, and products across the Wealth Management ecosystem.
Demonstrated expertise in executing a wide range of client activities and end-to-end deal processing.
Proven experience in coaching, developing, and leading a team to achieve KPIs.
Strong ability to manage business outcomes and team performance effectively.




Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
A solid understanding of risk management and compliance procedures within a banking environment.
