Must Have Skills
Provide End-to-End Test Workplace consultation throughout the Testing phases.
Test Workplace Management Strategy creation along with Client Stakeholders.
Test environment landscape mapping; health-check setup and monitoring.
Enterprise Release coordination and tracking.
Triage and resolution support for Incident, Problem and Service Requests.
Extensive experience on one of the ITSM process and associated ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
ITIL certification is preferred.
Requirements
Minimum Years of Experience –8 years
Certifications Needed: Positive to have ITIL certification
