About the Role

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our Sydney team and lead growth across our medico-legal services. In this full time, on-site role, you'll expand our client base and strengthen relationships with law firms, insurers, and government agencies.

Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue recent business opportunities across the Medico-legal sector
Build and maintain robust relationships with law firms, insurers, and government agencies
Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies
Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation through to conversion
Prepare proposals and tenders, and coordinate client presentations and meetings
Gather client feedback to inform service improvements
Partner closely with clinical and operations teams to align offerings with market needs
Support marketing initiatives and report on performance, forecasts, and market trends




Represent Evaluate Medicolegal at networking events and industry forums

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Proven business development, sales, and account management experience, ideally within professional services or healthcare
A track record of generating and converting leads with institutional clients such as law firms, insurers, or government agencies
Strong market research, pipeline management, and CRM skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
Background in healthcare, insurance, legal, or medico-legal settings highly regarded, along with familiarity with workers' compensation or personal injury frameworks

Willingness to work On-site in Sydney, with flexibility to travel for client visits, meetings, and industryevents.
