UnitingCare Community is seeking a Youth Worker for its Ipswich Out of Home Care team on a casual basis. The role focuses on therapeutic care using the CARE model to support children and young people with complex needs in a secure, nurturing workplace.
You will work within Fos (FaDS) and be part of a dedicated team delivering trauma-informed care, with opportunities for career development and paid training. A current Blue Card, First Aid & CPR, and a valid QLD driver license are required.
