Novotel Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast is seeking a passionate Full-Time Commis Chef to join our agile kitchen team. You will support the brigade across à la carte service, functions and events while developing your culinary skills in a fast-paced, skilled setting.
You will bring a Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery and prior kitchen experience, with a focus on grill and pan sections, food safety, and teamwork. Training and growth are encouraged within the Accor network.
