Robertsons Motorcycles & Machinery is looking for a motivated Parts & Accessories Salesperson to join our growing team in Dubbo. If you have great customer service skills, a positive attitude and a passion for the industry, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Parts & Accessories Salesperson, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers by helping them find the right parts, accessories and merchandise for their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers in-store, over the phone and via email
Identifying and supplying the correct parts and accessories
Processing sales, orders and supplier enquiries
Receiving and organising stock
Maintaining accurate inventory and merchandising displays
Working closely with the workshop and service departments




Delivering outstanding customer service every day

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
Previous experience in automotive, motorcycle, agricultural or machinery parts sales (preferred but not essential)
A genuine interest in motorcycles, Can-Am, Kawasaki, Royal Enfield, Kubota, tractors and machinery
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Computer literacy and the ability to learn dealer management systems
