The Chance

We're looking for an organised and proactive Traffic Control Scheduler to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by coordinating bookings, scheduling Traffic Controllers, allocating equipment, and maintaining robust relationships with clients and field staff.

What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate and manage traffic control bookings




Schedule and roster Traffic Controllers to meet project requirements
Allocate traffic management vehicles and equipment
Ensure all bookings meet compliance, licensing, induction, and fatigue management requirements
Fill urgent shifts and emergency call-outs when required
Confirm permits, TGSs, and project documentation are in place before mobilisation
Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support
Collaborate with supervisors, project teams, and field staff
Support a solid safety-first culture across all operations

About You
Experience in scheduling, rostering, workforce planning, or traffic management operations
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Experience with Traffio or similar workforce management systems (preferred)
