We are seeking a high-performing Senior Club Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of Australia’s top-performing Anytime Fitness clubs in Macquarie Park. This is a full time leadership role suited to an experienced manager who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

YourResponsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the club
Lead, mentor, and inspire the team
Consistently deliver an exceptional member experience
Develop and execute social media and marketing initiatives
Drive membership growth and meet key performance targets
Build robust local partnerships through community engagement
Maintain a safe, clean, and high-quality facility
Ensure full compliance with franchise guidelines and WHS/OHS requirements





What We’re Looking For
2+ years experience in a Leadership or management experience (fitness industry preferred)
Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
Results-driven and proactive attitude
Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals
Organised, adaptable, and ready to take ownership
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and motivate a team
