YHA Brisbane City is seeking an energetic and passionate Head Chef to lead, create and inspire across our kitchen operations. This autonomous role works with the property General Manager and General Manager - Food & Beverage to elevate the culinary offering and guest experiences.
You will oversee all kitchen functions, mentor junior chefs, drive menu development, manage inventory, and ensure food safety and quality within a welcoming YHA setting.
