Your Responsibilities

This is a genuine cross-functional residential role spanning a wide range of pest management services:
Deliver general pest control services to homeowners across Melbourne
Conduct timber pest inspections in residential homes (for those holding the relevant qualification)
Install subfloor ventilation systems and bird proofing solutions — with full training provided to get you there
Inspect, identify,



and treat pest activity in homes and domestic environments
Provide expert advice and tailored pest management solutions to homeowners
Build trusted, long-term relationships with residential clients
Maintain accurate service records using mobile technology
Ensure compliance with WHS and all regulatory requirements
Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit

What You'll Need
Current Pest Control Licence (essential)
Valid Australian Driver's Licence
Proven experience in residential pest management
A friendly, approachable manner with homeowners
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
A willingness to learn and upskill across recent service areas
