About the role

As Nominated Supervisor, you will hold a key leadership position within our service, ensuring day‑to‑day operations meet the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations. You will work closely with the Approved Provider to uphold the highest standards of quality education and care.
Oversee daily service operations in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of early childhood educators
Drive continuous improvement across all NQF quality areas
Build and maintain solid, trusting relationships with families and the broader community
Ensure legislative compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations




Support the implementation of play‑based learning programs aligned with the EYLF
Manage enrolments, staffing, and general service administration

What we're looking for
Must have a bachelors of early childhood education (ECT)
Current or prior experience as a Nominated Supervisor or Centre Director
Demonstrated leadership and team management capability
Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and relevant legislation
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance
Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma management certificates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for high-quality early childhood education
