As a result of internal promotion and growth, Spire Law Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and qualified Reception and Administration Support person to join our team in our Noosa and Maroochydore office. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional front-line customer service and administrative support to the firm.

What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence, and responding promptly and effectively
Maintaining office supplies and organising the reception area to ensure it is presentable at all times
Providing general administrative support, including data entry, file management, photocopying and scanning
Assisting with the coordination of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Performing data entry and other administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders




Solid customer service orientation and the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office suite
Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities
A professional, polished, and presentable appearance
