Care Tribe Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality clinical care to an aged-care client in Dubbo, NSW.

We are looking for a reliable and professional RN who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and supporting older Australians to maintain their health, wellbeing, and independence.

Employment Type: Casual / Contractor

Service Type: Support at Home (SaH)

Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care in the client’s home
Conduct clinical assessments and monitor the client’s health
Develop and implement appropriate care strategies
Monitor changes in the client’s condition and escalate concerns when required
Provide clinical advice and recommendations
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and service notes
Communicate effectively with the client, family, support workers, and Care Tribe Services team
Follow all relevant clinical, safety, and organisational guidelines

About You

We are looking for an RN who is:
Compassionate, reliable,



and qualified
Experienced in aged care, community nursing, or home care
Confident working independently in a client's home
Solid in clinical assessment and communication
Committed to providing person-centred care

Requirements
Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
Relevant nursing qualification
Previous aged-care/community nursing experience preferred
Current Police Check
Current First Aid & CPR
Australian working rights
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle preferred
