We’re on the lookout for a passionate and reliable Restaurant Supervisor to join our close-knit team at The Cottage Balmain — a heritage-listed, courtyard-style venue with a focus on quality food, premium drinks, and genuine hospitality.

What we’re looking for

⭐ Strong floor presence and confident leadership during service

⭐ Ability to supervise and support front-of-house staff

⭐ Excellent customer service and communication skills

⭐ Experience with SevenRooms, running sections, and coordinating with the kitchen/bar

⭐ A positive, hands-on attitude and genuine passion for creating outstanding guest experiences

Details

Full-time prospect - just 40hrs a week - Sunday/Monday off.
