LifeFul is seeking a seasoned People & Culture Manager to lead HR, recruitment and compliance across our national operations. This hands-on generalist role focuses on attracting outstanding people, supporting leaders and strengthening workplace culture.
The role is part time (15 hours per week) with hybrid working in Newcastle, Frankston or Melton, and occasional travel as needed. You’ll drive systems, compliance and workforce planning to support growth.
