About the role:

Reventon Residential is seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of properties across Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula. This is a work-from-home role, offering flexibility and autonomy while managing your own portfolio.

To be successful in this role you need to possess:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Property Management role
Agent Representatives Certificate (VIC)
Valid drivers license
Reliable vehicle
National Police Check
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work within a team setting
Excellent time management skills and prioritisation of workload




Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service

Key responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a portfolio across Geelong & Bellarine Peninsula
Conduct routine inspections, condition reports, and final bond inspections
Ensure timely rent collection and arrears management
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and vacate processes
Ensure compliance with all Victorian rental laws and regulations
Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers
Implement and refine internal processes to improve efficiency
Keep up to date with industry changes and legislation updates
Support the onboarding of new clients from Reventon and referral partners, ensuring a seamless transition into
Ensure the portfolio remains compliant with all relevant legislation, including Victorian rental minimum standards, inspections, safety requirements and required documentation.
