LO Forklift Operator - Order Picking & Warehouse
Location: Minto
Shift: Day Shift | 6:00am - 2:00pm
Pay Rate: $42.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator with an LO Licence to join a busy automotive distribution centre in Minto. This role combines LO forklift operation, order picking, and general warehouse labouring duties in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Operate an LO Order Picker safely and efficiently to retrieve stock from high-bay racking.
Pick, pack, and prepare automotive parts and accessories for customer orders.
Use RF scanners to accurately locate, scan, and process inventory.
Ensure all orders are picked correctly and prepared for dispatch.
Replenish stock and maintain accurate inventory records.




Perform manual handling and lift products safely in accordance with workplace procedures.
Conduct pre-start equipment checks and report any faults or maintenance issues.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse setting.
Follow all WHS policies, secure operating procedures, and company standards.
Assist with stocktakes, cycle counts, and general warehouse duties as required.

Skills & Experience

Current LO (Order Picker) Licence.
High Reach Forklift Experience

RF scanning and WMS experience.

Physically fit with the ability to perform manual handling.

Solid attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.

Comfortable working at heights.
