Veriu is seeking a Level 3 Commis Chef to support the kitchen team in preparing and serving high-quality breakfast and lunch in a rapid-paced café operating seven days a week. Under the Head Chef or Sous Chef's direction, you will help with mise en place, cooking to recipes, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness.
You will work with front-of-house and kitchen staff to maintain service flow, stock rotation, and continuous improvement of kitchen operations.
