RMK Precast is a leading manufacturer of high-quality precast concrete panels supplying major high-rise construction projects throughout NSW. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking a reliable and hardworking Casual Production Hand to join our production team. This is an ongoing casual position with consistent hours for the right person.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in producing quality products, and is looking for secure, long-term employment in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.

About the Role

Working in our undercover precast manufacturing facility, your duties will include:
Preparing moulds for concrete pours
Assisting with pouring, finishing and curing concrete
Stripping and preparing completed precast concrete panels
Cleaning and maintaining moulds, tools and work areas
Safely operating hand and power tools
General production and labouring duties
Working safely and efficiently to meet production schedules

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in concreting, precast concrete, construction, manufacturing or another physically demanding industry
A strong work ethic and reliable attendance record




The ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
A current driver's licence and reliable transport
A commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety

The following are advantageous but not essential:
Forklift Licence
Gantry Crane experience/ License
Dogging or Rigging Licenses
