About the Chance

We are seeking a PMO Officer to join our Transformation Office Program Management Office (PMO) at Osborne, SA. In this role, you will provide essential PMO services across ASC’s Strategic Transformation Programs and Projects. You’ll work closely with program leadership, a PMO Lead, PMO team, delivery teams,



IT, vendors, and partners to ensure governance, reporting, and risk management are executed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
Deliver PMO governance, processes, and program support aligned with ASC’s Transformation Office Delivery Framework.
Perform the Risk Coordinator Role which leads the risk management process with the program and project teams
Prepare and manage program documentation, including management plans, risk registers, and reporting artefacts.
Support governance reporting for steering committees and ASC Board updates.
Manage project registers (issues, risks, change control, deliverables).
Provide tools and process support, including SharePoint and Jira administration.
Assist with procurement, IT c
